Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Photo Requirement: To help us assist you efficiently, you must email us at info@mycrystaladdiction.com with detailed information and include photographs of the damaged or defective item. These photos are required to process your claim.

  • Free Replacements & Exchanges: Once we have reviewed the photos of the issue, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

  • No Cost to You: If an item is confirmed damaged or incorrect, we will replace or exchange the item free of charge with no shipping cost to the customer.

  • Resolution Process: Depending on the situation and the photos provided, we may issue a free replacement, an exchange, or a returnless refund.
