At My Crystal Addiction, we want you to love your purchase. We strive to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, and measurements so you can shop with confidence. Many of our listings are exact-item listings, while others are hand-selected from a group of similar pieces that meet the same quality standards.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received and with any original packaging included when applicable.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Custom orders, special orders, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For returns valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. My Crystal Addiction is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Natural Crystals & Minerals
Every crystal and mineral is unique. Natural stones may contain inclusions, internal fractures, druzy pockets, surface irregularities, variations in color, variations in pattern, and other naturally occurring characteristics that make each piece one of a kind.
These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
Many of our listings are exact-item listings, meaning the crystal shown is the exact crystal you will receive. For listings that contain multiple similar pieces, such as certain tumbles, palm stones, and other grouped inventory, the photos represent the quality, color, size, and overall appearance you can expect. Each piece is unique, and we personally select a crystal from available inventory for your order.
We strive to accurately represent our crystals through photographs and descriptions. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, photography conditions, and the natural characteristics of the material.
